- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup Nellie & Joe’s
- Key West Lime Juice (available at local grocery stores)
- Whipped Cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour filling into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool on the counter for 10 minutes, then transfer to refrigerator to cool.
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
