- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 fresh pineapple, cored and sliced
Combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until blended.
Place pineapple slices in mixture and set aside.
Heat grill to high.
Place slices on grill for about 2 minutes, until grill marks form. Rotate each slice 90 degrees and allow to cook 2 more minutes. Brush each slice with more mixture and turn over.
Allow slices to cook for about 2 minutes, until grill marks form. Rotate each slice 90 degrees and allow to cook 2 more minutes. Remove from grill.
Serve with vanilla or dulce de leche ice cream.
