Floral Fashion

We are past the April showers and it is time for the May flowers! One of the most popular trends for the 2019 spring and summer season is incorporating florals. Explore different ways to wear the floral trend!

VINTAGE FLORAL
Go vintage shopping to find classic floral pieces. Vintage pieces have unique silhouettes & features, and can be more affordable.

BOTANICAL FLORAL
The botanical floral pattern includes plants and flowers that are dramatic, vibrant, bold, big, and realistic. It is best to save this print for vacation trips and tropical getaways. Swimwear usually includes this pattern, which makes it great for the beach and days in the water.

FLORAL SCENTS
Update your perfume collection with a floral fragrance. Take time to try different sweet, warm, bold, and light scents that floral fragrances offer. If you don’t want to spend money on a more expensive product, you can get floral scented essential oils that serve as a more affordable option.

EMBROIDERED FLORAL
If you find repeating floral patterns too overwhelming, just add a touch of floral print to your look by shopping for an embroidered floral accessory. If you like DIY projects, you can buy floral iron on patches that you can apply to your own clothing and accessories, which are available at etsy.com for super low prices. An embroidered floral item can add more color and flair to any outfit!

WATERCOLOR FLORAL
The watercolor floral print is the easiest to pair with other pieces due to its soft and natural pattern verses other bold, abstract, and geometric floral patterns that can be harder to add to looks. The watercolor floral pattern can be worn formally for church and work, and casually for going out.

LIBERTY FLORAL
The liberty floral pattern has flowing, curved lines & small flowers. It is energetic and lively. This pattern is good to wear to upcoming events, especially where photos will be taken. It looks good on camera! Wear it to upcoming graduation ceremonies, open houses, parties, baby showers, and bridal showers.
