The Peachy Keen

  • .5 ounces Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 ounces Peach Juice
  • 1 ounce Dill Simple Syrup**
  • Dash of Orange Bitters
  • Splash of Peach Perrier

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, excluding the Perrier. Shake over ice, strain, and top with Peach Perrier.

Dill Simple Syrup
Add one cup of sugar to two cups of water in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add a handful of fresh dill, steep for 3 – 4 hours. Strain simple syrup into an airtight container.

Simple syrup will keep, up to a month, refrigerated. To intensify the dill flavor, immersion blend the simple syrup, and strain through a cheese cloth.
