Bronson Commons. 10 am – 2 pm. Participants may join a team, form a team or sponsor a member of a team. Teams are responsible for bringing their own rocking chair, delivering it to the event site and keeping the chair rocking for the duration of the event. Arcadia Creek Festival Place in Kalamazoo. Registration 8:30 am, program starting at 9:15 am. The public is invited and encouraged to participate in the walk in teams with their friends and families. Strollers, wagons and dogs are welcome, rain or shine! The 5K Run is new this year and, if you wish to be timed, there will be a $25 entrance fee. The walk is free. The Heart Walk helps fight heart disease and stroke, America’s No. 1 and No. 4 killers, by raising money to support lifesaving research, programs and education.
